Welcome to Turner Technology Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including but not limited to custom website and database development, and custom PC building and consultation.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We offer the following core services:
- Website & Database Development: Custom development, deployment, and support for business and personal sites, database integration, hosting setup, and backend logic.
- Custom PC Builds: Design, sourcing, and assembly of personalized computer systems for business or gaming, including hardware consultations.
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and deadlines
- Review work-in-progress promptly
- Maintain backups of their own data where applicable
- Secure valid software licenses when required
- Deposits may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon project completion or delivery.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise noted.
- Website projects include 3 rounds of revisions.
- PC builds include post-delivery setup and hardware checks. Manufacturer warranties apply.
- Maintenance outside of scope may require additional fees.
- We retain the right to display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
- Rights transfer to the client upon full payment for websites/software.
- Ownership of PC hardware transfers upon final payment.
- Cancelled web/database projects may be billed for time already spent.
- PC builds are non-refundable once components are purchased, unless vendor policies allow returns.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We implement reasonable data security measures, but we are not liable for data loss due to third-party issues or misuse. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime from hosting or internet issues
- Vendor delays or component shortages for PC builds
- Any indirect damages arising from service usage
- Web/database work includes a [30-day] bug fix warranty post-launch.
- PC hardware is tested prior to delivery; hardware warranties are through the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
